"Root element is missing" in Data Manager

i receive the error
QUOTE:
Root element is missing
Unable to get Data on Demand for symbol:IGE

this is for a 10 minute dataset

the same symbol is in a 1 minute dataset and it updates fine.

any ideas?

It sounds like an error in the XML data from the server. Call Fidelity about Fidelity data problems.
