I set up my ASCII data in data manager and everything worked fine. I have now updated the underlying .csv files but the new data does not show up in the charts. Do I need to do something to have WL read in the updated files?

No specific manipulation required, WL should read the updated files.
1. First thing to check is your Data Loading settings - if there's an ending date that limits the data loaded on the chart.
2. Verify that you've updated the right files.
3. If ASCII Cache it enabled, turn it off to test.

I deleted the datasets and created them again and everything seems to be working fine now. Not sure what I did wrong!
