1. Could someone please explain these terms in CCI rules. I tried googling them but was unsuccessful and also listened to several videos but they seem to use their own terminology.

I understand CCI generally ranges between -100 and +100 (80% of the time). My assumptions are following the term.

Uptrend level - when price declines below -100 then rises above -100
Downtrend level - when price rises above +100 then declines below +100
Signal line - O (zero) line
Strong uptrend - price rises above +100
Strong downtrend - Price declines below -100

2. How can I change font size within the windows (for example, rules toolbar)? Main toolbars are normal sized but others are very small.

Click "More info..." at the bottom of the Indicators window in WLP with indicator highlighted. For CCI it will point you to:

I also tried it with my tablet with different browser and it said “couldn’t make a secure connection.”
