Cannot load Bloomberg Fundamental Data

My post from 10 minutes ago just disappeared. I'm doing it all over again:

From our Bloomberg database that works fine in WL4, I like to access fundamental data in WL6, as follows

Bars bars = GetExternalSymbol("SPX", true);
DataSeries INDEX_ADV = BlmbrgF.Series(bars, "INDEX_ADV_VOL");

The result is an empty series. What am I doing wrong?

Due to a Named DataSeries bug #26535 (to be addressed by Fidelity in 6.3), GetExternalSymbol does not populate Named DataSeries.
