Custom PosSizer not recognized by WLP

I have created a new PosSizer dll and placed it in the WLP directory but WLP does not recognize it and it does not appear on the drop-down list.

I created an indicator library, but it doesn't show up in Wealth-Lab 6, #2 and especially #3
