Fidelity paper trading: 15 minute lag

I updated a 1-min bar chart for about 20 days to get enough optimizing data, then added the symbol to active charts, turned on streaming, activated the strategy and then auto-orders, and it seemed that there was a 15 min lag for the most recent bars shown. Is there a lag for paper trading intraday when streaming?

Looks like you don't have the Streaming entitlement set for your account at at Fidelity?
