Fidelity vs Yahoo data

It is now about 11:30 Eastern time. Fidelity's data has yet to include today's EOD however Yahoo's for the same symbols does. I tried the data update in Data Manager to try to make Fidelity's current but it didn't change anything.

Am I missing something or should I just use Yahoo for all the datasets?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Gene,

Please take a look at the WL5 Wiki FAQ (scroll down to) re: I have a problem with Fidelity data.

The Fidelity updates can come later than Yahoo's, and their EOD data are corrected before 6AM on the following day. If you can, try scheduling an update early in the morning, or simply use Yahoo's EOD data on those days.

Thanks for the explanation Eugene. I like to execute systems in the evening so will switch to Yahoo's data.
