How to get Alpha added to Community Indicators?

I am not a programmer, but would love to see Alpha added to the community indicators. Alpha is just the y-intercept of Beta - which is already available in the community indicators. How do I go about proposing this to be added?

What would be the benefit of adding it to the library?
What is the formula?
Have you got any code examples (Excel, C#, MetaStock, EasyLanguage etc.)?

I seem to have found the version for AmiBroker which is sufficient. Look for Alpha in the upcoming release of Community Indicators 2015.11.
