I know there is another thread but my browser (explorer) can't open it. After the latest upgrade in order to see "Open Orders" and "Portfolio Inspector" prior to opening Wealth Lab I have to download and re-install the extension every time.
The Equity Curve also has been running very slow for a few months after the upgrade to 6.2 and has not changed with 6.3

What makes you think you have to reinstall this extension every time? How exactly did you determine it?
Please describe better what's not working, your usual workflow, step by step, because it's working great to me on all computers.

Because they do not appear when I run the strategy but do after re-installation

What is your operating system?
Do you have multiple Windows user records? The one you're working with Wealth-Lab has admin privileges?
What antivirus or related software do you have installed (if applicable), and does it have a "run in sandbox" option?
If you install other extensions e.g. data providers, will they remain in the system or disappear the same way? Try this and let me know.
And the key question: before starting Wealth-Lab, which DLL files starting from WealthLab.Visualizers.MS123.* appear in the main WLP folder under Program Files, if sorted by last time in Explorer?

Let's make clear what I think is happening.
The only reason for this to happen is when the new library
WealthLab.Visualizers.MS123.Helper.dll disappears. It is an auxiliary library that is shared by some visualizers and MS123 Scorecard starting from v.2012.05. When it's gone, other visualizers (not affected by its absense) can continue working like nothing happened. But "Open Trades", "Portfolio Inspector", MS123 Scorecard and some others rely on it, so when the DLL can't be found, they're gone from Wealth-Lab's Preferences >
Visualizers.
And it can disappear for basically these two reasons:
1. Less likely: something on your PC (security software, antivirus, whatever) makes WLP run in a sandbox mode, removing newly installed DLLs after unloading the application.
2. More likely: FAQ >
Extension installed in Wealth-Lab Developer doesn't show up after restarting application.

When I open WealthLab from within Fidelity Active Trader(non 64 bit) the visulizers are there but not when openning 64bit version
I am running Windows 7.
I do not have multiple user records
Norton 360 is my antivirus and does not seem to have "run in sandbox" option.
Performance Visualizers seems to be the only extension exhibiting this problem. When reloading a message that the extension is up to date comes up but you need to reload in order to get the visulaizers to appear.
WealthLab.Visualizers.dll 2/17/2012
WealthLab.Visualizers.Extensions.dll 2/17/2012
WealthLab.Visualizers.Extra.dll 4/29/2012

Then it's definitely #2.
Note that extensions must separately and manually be installed in each WLP in order to appear. 32-bit WLP hosts your MS123 visualizers while 64-bit WLP doesn't. In this scenario, last installed WLP copy is to consume the new extensions being installed (default behavior).
To change the order, there are 2 workarounds:
1. WLP can be reinstalled (harmless operation that affects nothing). If you reinstall WLP 64-bit, all extensions from now on will appear in it.
2. Also I believe it's possible to select a different target Extension Agent in the browser dialog prompt that pops up after you've clicked "Download Extension" on our site.
