You're on your own on that one, but here's a place to start looking: http://ironpython.net/

You'd develop your strategies in a compiled library, as given in the C# example here: http://www2.wealth-lab.com/WL5wiki/ActiveTraderMain.ashx?HL=activetrader (Access to extension downloads and wiki attachments is for customers only.)
