I followed your steps and here's my results:
1) 401 result(s) found, 48 result(s) found, 159 result(s) found
2) 2447 result(s) found, 2123 result(s) found, 35 result(s) found
3) 21 result(s) found
Suggestion: please retry. There could be a temporary problem with the website. But if that doesn't help, try a different browser: sounds like your current one might have gotten misconfigured.

I switched from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome and got the same numbers that you have. Thank you! Can you tell me how to repair Internet Explorer?

I'm not using IE but can suppose it may have to do with security settings being configured a bit too tight. Try resetting to defaults, temporarily disabling addons, etc.
Was so curious that I launched IE to double check and got similar results as in my main browser. In other words, looks like it's an issue with your browser.
