Wealth-Lab 7 is an all-new modern platform built for Windows 10 with continuous development for enhancements, features, and extensions. Here are just a few of the hard-hitting new features:

Wealth-Lab 7 goes on sale on March 9th, 2021 with an attractive subscription model offering monthly, annual, and premium plans.

Wealth-Lab 6.9 License holders
Version 6.9 development has ended. Updates to 6.9 components - if any - will take a backseat to Version 7. Version 7 has a new programming model, but it's still C#-based and strategy conversions are pretty easy. We want everyone to come around to Wealth-Lab 7, but we understand that you have a lot invested in Wealth-Lab 6.9. You'll be able to continue using 6.9 as described below. In all cases, a subscription to Wealth-Lab 7 will also keep your 6.9 license active.

1. Customers who purchased a 6.9 license in the past year can subscribe for a free trial to use Wealth-Lab 7 without charge until their anniversary date. At that time, continue with Wealth-Lab 7 by paying the subscription and you'll also be able to use 6.9.

2. Customers who have paid a maintenance fee in the past year can subscribe for a free trial to use Wealth-Lab 7 without charge for up to 3 months. Log in to the new Wealth-Lab.com, navigate to the "Software" menu to discover your personalized offer!

3. In both cases, if you cancel Wealth-Lab 7 before the subscription payment date, you can continue using 6.9 by paying the annual maintenance fee.

Version 6.9 Trial Users
Today will be the last day to purchase a license to Version 6.9. That said, we actually prefer that you don't buy 6.9 and subscribe to Wealth-Lab 7 tomorrow!

I greately appreciate you deeply concerned about WL 6.9 license holders and especially your understaing our investiments we have in WL 6.9.

I have 10K lines of strategy code and 2K lines of script code exclusively designed for WL 6.9 and it's going to be tremendous amount of time for me to fully migrate them to WL 7.

So far WL 6.9 has been servicing very well except some weakness in the parallel optimizations that I'm working around using multiple Windows login accounts. But I am very interested in WL 7 and I truly excited seeing the improvements in the parallel optimizations.

Just for the time being, hopefully several months, maybe an year or two, I will have to stick to WL 6.9 for trading but your license model will help me keep trading while working on the migration at own my pace.

Question: will we be able to do option trades during the day? If so with which brokers?

2) For those who came from Fidelity around July 2020 what does licensing and subscription look like? I was not able to decipher it from the write-up above.

Those who came from Fidelity get WL7 on the terms described in #1. Specifically your 'anniversary date' is July 2021 (one year since purchase). Until then you can use WL7 free of charge.

3 months includes all Extensions? (Premium Annual Plan) Or each extension for a fee?

Like WL7 itself, each extension has a 14-day free trial.

Will the program be bound to the hardware? Or can it be installed on a computer and a laptop at the same time?

WL7 can be installed on two devices (e.g. desktop and laptop) at the same time.

If I choose to stay with 6.9 only beyond July, will I be able to continue with maintenance payment on January 2022?

Yes, you'll be able to do that.

Something that isn't obvious is that you can start your Wealth-Lab 7 trial when you choose to - it doesn't start automatically. When the new site appears and when you're ready, go to the "Software" page. Sign up for one of the Annual Subscriptions - but you won't be charged until the trial period is complete. Cancel before the charge date, if you decide that the extra value isn't there.

(I'm pretty sure this is correct, but will come back with a confirmation later.)

i got the 6.9.24 Version - it works fine.

And i have also installed WL7 and i did try to license with my name and password (it should be free until anniversary) and i am getting an error. "We could not locate a WL7 license..."

Now i have a demo for 14 days. Can someone tell me how to get the license until anniversary. Thanks.
