'Widner Projection Bands system' that you posted, is giving " error CS0246 @ (7,7): "

Let's see what MSDN for Compiler Error CS0246 says:

Which line is the error on? Line 7. What is there? "using Community.Indicators;" Bingo! We just found what couldn't be found. As the strategy's description box suggests:

Requires installed Community.Indicators library.
