I saw from the menu we can download the chartscript from the WLD4.0. Where are the chartscript from? from users?

Does the chartscript automatically 'upload' while after the 'save chartscript' icon pressed?

Perhaps your question belongs to a different forum - this is .NET.
HERE's where WLD4 takes ChartScripts which were uploaded there by other users.
