Bad 5-min data for GEL (Resolved)

Eugene,

I just noticed the bad intraday (5 minute scale) data (please see the attachment). It seems this occurs today, as I have been running a program continuously over the past few days and earlier on the same data set and just today it flags a runtime error of a Basis Price having a value of 0.

Do you see this on your side? What might cause it? Thanks.

Tom,

My crystal ball tells me you're using IQFeed. Right-click on the chart and choose "Reload chart history". If it doesn't help you can check the instrument's data in IQFeed's charting/history app and if it's wrong there, contact DTN.

I ran Update Data on Demand on the symbol and the corrupted data went away. It seems it came from the provider.
