Can't see Attachments in Wiki

In the wiki section for TASC indicators it mentions "attachment at the top of the page" for source code of the indicators. At least that is how I interpret it.

I do not see attachments and when I click the welath-lab.com hyperlink for those who who do not see attachments I get an error page.

Can you help me out?

Specifically I'm looking for the formula or script for the MIDAS indicator calculation.
