Does changing indicator decimal places affect Strategy results?

When we change the indicator decimal places in Preferences (advanced options) from say 2 to 3, I assume that will change the Strategy results also?
For example Buy if close is above or equal to the 20 pd sma, the strategy would now look at 3 decimal places for true or false?

I'm pretty sure that you can find this question answered by the Wealth-Lab User Guide > Preferences > Advanced Options.
