Hedge Trade with Sector ETF

When I make a trade, I want to make another opposite trade on a Sector ETF which the stock ticker in included.

For example: when long XOM, I want to short XLE at the same time with the same amount money for the buy. (assuming I already know the sector ETF).

Do you have any suggestions?
