I am typing from a newly set up accout.
But only because of issues with login in with my
original login name(akardar1) . I get an error message.
Can any1 assist?

however, it asks me for a new passowork that has apparantly seen sent to my email addres

My login id wlxyz does not use my old password. I tried to reset the password but my email address is not found. I logged into the old wl4 website cut and paste the address from the profile and yet the email address is not found when I attempted to login with wlxyz

Hi Skardar1 and wlxy: I had a similar problem with login and password not recognized. Fixed by clicking the forgot password button. Was sent a new password and in I came.
Then went to profile and enetered my own password. Hope this helps. mdavem

Is there a reason why I cannot purchase WL? When clicking on the link, we get a "coming soon" message.
Moreover, when clicking on the SUPPORT tab > and clicking on an OPEN support ticket > there is no REPLY or CREATE button which would essentially allow me to carry on the conversation that I have been having with CONE.

However, still have an issue.
When i click on ticket center > show my open tickets , my ticket appears.
(it is still open by the looks of it)
However, lets assume I would like to add a response to previous statement, there is nowhere to click
to enabled me to do so. If I scroll to the bottom, all i see a an option saying "CLOSE TICKET".
But, nothing like "REPLY", "RESPOND" or "CREATE". I hope this makes sense.

That's an implementation error with the new support pages. For a ticket to be closed, both the customer (you) and the technician (me) have to close it. On the technician side, we assign a specific "close code" to it when we feel that the ticket has been answered sufficiently (it had many times over). At this point, if the customer doesn't respond within a week, the "Ticket Manager" will automatically close the ticket.
Nonetheless, even if a Technician has entered a close code, the customer and technician should be able to continue posting to the ticket, and this is the problem.
However, I would urge you to create "conversations" with general questions (like the ones in your ticket) on the forums. Everyone can benefit from the answers. Support tickets shouldn't be used to open a private, ongoing dialog with no specific purpose in mind.

Still can not login with old wlxyz userid. Entering the email address does not work when using forgot password. The error message says the address is not on file even though I can see the value in wl4 database and used cut n paste.

If you had a wealth-lab.com login prior to 6/22/2008, but were not successful in activating it on this site because you didn't receive the activation code, write info@wealth-lab.com. Later this week, we'll run a process to start resetting these failed activations, which usually are a result of giving us a bad e-mail address.
You must give us a valid email address to activate your website account, which will be required in the purchase process.

How do I delete the old login wlxy? Also, I had to use my secondary email address in order to activate my primary login wlxyz. Do I need to update this to my primary email address? The login process would not allow 2 logins using the same email address.

No one can delete an account, but it can be deactivated if you need it to be for some reason. Create a Support Ticket if you need something done.
