Help Eugene or anyone else!

I would like to duplicate the strategy outlined on Table 4 Column 3 of the recent article posted here: https://www.fidelity.com/viewpoints/buy-and-hold-sector-rotation. I'm lost on creating my own script or modifying the "Efficient Rotation strategy" you posted.

I would like to test a sector rotation based on using the 30 free i-share ETF's at Fidelity, buying the top 3 (ranked on percentage gain, based on the one month RoC), buy/sell/hold only on the 1st day of each month, split 33.3% each of total available funds.

There are numerous rotational Strategies, uploaded or prepackaged: weak stock, efficient stock, RSI, sector rotation, and more.

If you believe that none of the available Strategies that you have downloaded, implement the trading idea you're interested in, please follow the FAQ on modifying a rotational system:

I need other rotation rule other than the built-in RSI.
