For Fidelity customers...
The final Fidelity Wealth-Lab Pro build, 6.9.24, is complete and ready to install. Sadly, the upgrade mechanism was accidentally broken in the previous build, so please download and install the upgrade from https://www.fidelity.com/wlp.

We recommend that you take advantage of the bug fixes in this build ASAP as well as read the important information the will appear on the Whats New? page after installing. For reference, here are the list of Bug Fixes

o Changes were made to keep login alive during approximately 10 hours. We recommend a fresh restart of WLP shortly before the trading session to refresh all cookies.
o Login web-page dialog that previously required the Ctrl+K work-around is now suppressed.

Fidelity Data
o Cookie periodically updates to prevent 15-minute delay in new chart requests one hour after login
o Trade Ticket Bid/Ask previously indicated the day's high/low range instead of Bid/Ask

Paper Provider
o Paper Accounts are now available after authenticating
o Configure Paper Accounts button has been restored.
o Potentially fixed: crashes reported while Auto-Trading Paper accounts

Accounts tool
o Position prices are updated to the most recent settlement price after launching the tool.
o Account value in the status bar now properly updates with the "Update" button
o Positions are removed from the Positions view following exits.

Orders
o Multiple stop/limit orders that are active for the same symbol will not be canceled when the first order is filled.
Scenario: A dip-buyer strategy generates multiple limit orders at gradually lower prices, but all are triggered and Auto-Placed simultaneously for a gap open. Previously, only one order would be filled and the rest were canceled.

WFO (Walk-Forward Optimization)
o Occasionally, positions were not closed properly following interval transitions when "walking forward"

GICS
o The GICS database has been updated to approximately 1 March 2020 and includes new GICS Sectors added in 2019. Note: this is a static resource.

Internal / WealthScript
o Fixed issue with PosSizers not having access to trade candidates for sizing Alerts.
o LINQ-based code previously didn't compile due to error CS0012, which required adding a reference to System.Runtime.dll
o Candlestick Pattern Rules BullishDojiStar was not being detected - fixed

Yahoo! Provider
o Latest upgrade to keep up with the ever-changing Yahoo! back end changes
o Crypto currencies have been added to the Classification file for your convenience

Market Manager and related
o Fixed an exception from attempting to show DataSets from providers that are no longer installed
o Markets.xml updated is with holidays through 2030 and special hours through 2022

Bumping this back to the top. Fidelity customers should download and install the upgrade from https://www.fidelity.com/wlp. No need to uninstall first, but you can if you wish.

Something is wrong... I get the following when I use the link that you provided:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://failover-www.fidelity.com/wafRateLimitDeny.html?" on this server.

Any idea what I might be doing wrong? Thanks!

The link works okay for me on Firefox, but the link is redirected. Do you have redirection disabled on your browser? Try a different browser and be sure redirection is enabled.

Looks like a temporary glitch of Fidelity's website.

Not for me. I have tried IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Brave all with the same result and the same error message. :( I have NO idea what is happening. Moving to a friend's machine to see if that solves the problem.

Change your IP. Looks like yours is put on a temporary blacklist for whatever reason.
