I've not be able to access the WL Wiki. In reading through forum articles, it appears you can't access the Wiki if you are not a registered user. I'm new to all this and am using WL Pro from Fidelity. I trust I'm a registered user and if not want to make sure I become one.

Is the reason I can not access Wiki because I'm not registered or is it something else? If I'm not registered, do I need to go back to Fidelity to get registered or is there another process?

Apologies as I've not been able to figure this out from the forum articles. Many thanks for your help!

"Not able to access" sounds ambiguous and doesn't look like a detailed problem description. Firstly, let me suggest you check out post #21 in this thread: Is Wiki down?

If the problem you're having is different, please explain it clearly, with as many facts as you can think of, and possibly attach a screenshot to illustrate what you're seeing.

Hi Eugene!

Many thanks for your note. I was hoping to confirm I had a registration problem which was preventing my access to the wiki. The good news is the problem is now resolved and I have access to the wiki. I post the next paragraphs for anyone else that may have a similar issue.

Attached is the error message I was receiving. From the error and the forum post about registration required to gain access to the wiki, I contacted Fidelity. They confirmed I was registered and should be good to go.

I then began investigating the error message a bit further. I use a fabulous secure/private browser but it has it's quirks and causes problems from time to time. Turns out the browser was the problem. I used another browser and was able to gain access to the wiki.

Thanks Eugene for your help getting this newbie up and running. So far I'm happy with WLP. I've been using AmiBroker for well over a decade and while WLP is not as rich as AmiBroker, have found WLP to be a good replacement.

Looking at the error code, your browser is Chromium based. Like I supposed, the error message is familiar. Thereby the forum post linked above with suggestions for Chrome should fix it in your fabulous browser either.

I was curious about your comment. I'd really appreciate it if you could you expand on this and let us know your thoughts about features missing in WLP. Thanks!
