The TeleChart Static Provider supports TC2005/2007 data, lists, and creation of industry group lists for TeleChart customers.

Notes:
1. For technical reasons (dealing with TeleChart's use of non-zero based arrays and marshalling these arrays between COM and .NET) data loading performance/speed is expected to be disappointing. For the best results, specify to load the smallest number of bars that meet your requirements for viewing or backtesting.

2. Not 64-bit compatible.
