Hello,
I would like to back test or strategy against all actively traded stocks in the US stock market. I would also like to back test our strategy against all the actively traded stocks on the major exchanges in Europe , Asia and Canada. What would be the easiest way to do this? For example, is there an easy way to build the appropriate data sets for these different Stock exchanges… Or perhaps there is another solution? Thank you in advance.

Thank you Eugene. Would anything Symbols that I can bring in through yahoo.. be back tested using the Indicators available through the wealth lab programming "tool set"?

Of course. Whatever data provider is delivering symbols just doesn't matter: they're all equal to Wealth-Lab.

Keep in mind that Wealth-Lab doesn't support "multi-currency". Stocks in the U.S. are traded in USD, EUR in Europe, CAD in Canada, etc. Consequently, simulations are valid for each market individually, but not when mixing markets.
