Can a Strategy access info from drawing objects

I am looking to see how to get a script to grab data from hand drawn chart objects.

A basic example would be drawing a trendline on a chart by hand.
Then execute the strategy and have the strategy access the end points and display the length of the line in terms of bars.

How can this be done?
