I am trying to enable/use the cash trading threshold feature. However, it is not working as intended because the available cash balance in the Accounts tool is not updating as trades are entered and closed. At first I thought it was because i had not enabled the streaming updates button but i tried that and it still did not fix the problem. I can periodically hit the manual update button and the available cash balance will update correctly but this obviously defeats the purpose of being automated. Is there another setting somewhere i need to adjust in order to get this feature to work? thanks in advance

Cone will correct me if I'm wrong. It looks like a repercussion of a
known bug in Accounts window in 6.9.22 (data freezes, Update doesn't work correctly for the Last Price). Hope it gets fixed by upcoming version 6.9.23.x which will include a new Fidelity Streaming provider.

I am utilizing the threshold as a "safety" to prevent additional buying when/if the program gets out of synch (the program's limit order is filled and the Fidelity live order is not - the program then moves back to the buy code section). As we are awaiting the fix you mention above, I am interested in exploring alternatives, if any. One thought I had was to utilize some sort of "cleanup" sell command immediately preceding the buy code section. I tried to use the SellAtMarket positions.AllPositions command and it didn't work as I realized the program doesn't think it has any open positions. So, my question - is there any sell command line that can be used for this purpose? Would it help if I only had two securities as a possibility? Thanks in advance

I'm growing skeptical of that the upcoming build fixes the Cash / Buying Power values not updated. From what I gather, it's trickier than it should be. :(

If anyone is interested, I have found a primitive workaround. There is a free program called GS Auto Clicker which you can simply program to click the Accounts tool Update button repeatedly, at whatever time interval you want. Seems to work well for me. Besides helping with the issue I raised, I noticed on some other threads people having to log in to Fidelity repeatedly during times of inactivity. This fix could also help with that.

Just in case you're wondering, the new WL 6.9.23 update has been available for downloading for a while. Now I haven't built up enough nerve to try it. I'm waiting for someone else to do that. :-) Go to
