I'm trying to understand how the Editor works. So, while in the Editor, I'm making small changes to the QQQ Crash Strategy. For example, if I change the Strategy Parameter "Timed Exit" to a new value, Compile, and Run. The Editor and the Optimization Tab show the new value. But the %APR, the Equity Curve, etc. maintain the old result. That seems counterintuitive to me.

It seems that the only way to change the Strategy Parameters is use the Sliders, Save, and Run. But then the Editor remains unchanged.. In other words, the Sliders and the Editor don't seem to be linked in any way.

I'm confused. Thanks for your help.

The answer is on the FAQ now: Strategies and WealthScript > Why am I unable to "Reset" and "Save parameters"?

Solution: Start over in a new Strategy window to get rid of your manually saved values.
