Is there anywhere I can find a list of names which describe the colors in the WealthLab palette? A search didn't reveal anything.

What do you mean by saying "the Wealth-Lab palette"? There's no such thing. If this means getting the names of all System.Drawing.Color structures, then a search in the proper places like Google or MSDN should reveal something like this:
