Wealth-Lab Developer shows chart price of 43.68, but else where it is 218.42. What is wrong. I checked with IQFeed and their price is correct.

That's the 5:1 to split. Check the IQFeed's options on its Data Manager tab.

I don't understand, was there a reverse split sometime in the past or what do I not see.

DQ Ex-date for a new 5:1 split is today, 11/17/2020. The IQFeed provider detected this split and applied it with the last update so that you're ready to trade today at the post split price.
Aside:
There's always a risk that the reported ex-date isn't correct, but I can already see from pre-market trading that this one is accurate.
