Day Open in 15 minutes scale?

Is it possible to identify Opening price of the day (session) or price at given time when working with 15minutes intraday data? eg. sell when the price will be 1% higher than today's open?

Here's a nice shortcut to find the first bar of the current day from within a Bars.Count loop -
