Error CS1704: an assembly with the same simple name has aleardy been imported

I just installed WLP 5.4 when I try to create a new strategy or open an existing stratgy, it always shows an error stating "error CS1704: an assembly with the same simple name 'Fidelity. Components, version=1.0.0.0, cuture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=NULL has aleardy been imported. try removing on eof the references or sign them to enale side by side"

Can anyone help? really appreciated!
