When I logged in today, before market close, everything in my strategy monitor was gone. What happened?? and how do I get the info back?

It's hard to say, because it's not normal. A simple explanation could be that you logged in from another Windows account. And not to be accusatory, but there a many ways this can happen if you're doing file operations in the user Data folder.. moving Strategies files, the StrategyMonitorConfiguration.xml file, etc. Those are the first ideas that occur to me.

I am logged in as always. I did do an update and restart my computer today. It was blank when the WL opened. It authenticated me as usual. The only thing I have done is a data update in the Data Manager.

Apparently your StrategyMonitorConfiguration.xml got broken. To confirm and help us troubleshoot, please enable hidden file/folder visibility (Control Panel > Folder Options), locate the StrategyMonitorConfiguration.xml file, zip it and attach to your post when replying:
C:\Users\Windows User Name\AppData\Roaming\Fidelity Investments\WealthLabDev\1.0.0.0\Data
Then close WLD, delete the file and restart WLD. Does it work now?

If I have done everything correctly... no, still not working. I have attached the file you requested.

The config file is empty. I don't know what's happened as other tools keep working i.e. authentication as usual, data update works = DataSets not gone (and their config file's in the same folder as SM's).
You have to recreate your Strategy Monitor setup: add strategies, configure their properties, activate etc.
