I generally try to update daily data about 1/2-1 hour after market close
For many signals, I get the message "1 bar added, 1 bar corrected" without a good understanding about the nature of the correction that is made.
Is it possible to get this information? I obviously don't want to work with "bad" data but want to get it as early as possible.
Any light you can shed?

Thanks for the links which I read thoroughly and understand.
6am is pretty late to start updating models and getting trades ready for the day. Is there any way to get a definitive answer from Fidelity about the data update/correction process? Is there a contact # or should I just ask the Fidelity rep to put me in touch with the WL tech support people? I imagine, they ultimately ask you, but someone, somewhere knows how it's done.
I appreciate your help.

Wealth-Lab Pro is only one of many consumers of Fidelity's market data products and we've tried to get the corrections applied much earlier, but we apparently don't have much influence. I haven't heard any discussion on the topic in at least a year or more, and I don't recall being notified of any significant changes actually taking place in that area.
From what I learned during past discussions, creating the data products is an amazingly complicated process for something that seems somewhat straightforward to the casual observer.I could try to find out when the corrections are being applied these days, but I can practically guarantee that it will always occur some hours after midnight - not sure if that will help you or not. (6am is still 3 1/2 hours before the opening bell.)

I'm a busy guy :->)
Yes it's plenty early but I find it's best for me to do this kind of work in the afternoon or evening
Thanks for your further clarification

Another good option is Yahoo! Finance data. It doesn't update until several hours after the session close, but usually before midnight most symbols are ready. You have to watch it closely though because occasionally a few symbols won't update until much later. Note that you can disable dividend corrections so that the data more closely match Fidelity's.
Of course many other free and paid static data options are available too.
