Fidelity RT not working again!

Hi,
I keep getting "remote server returned error 500". I have been on hold with fidelity for about 10 minutes now. It sounds foolish but i have to keep hitting F5 every few seconds for the charts to update. I have .ndx,.dji,.ixic,qld and qid open in the RT mode.. this is getting ridiculous!

Still holding.....

I can only suggest, log off and restart WLP. Fidelity Streaming is being updated/changed in the next release... I can only hope it improves on this problem (and doesn't create new ones).
