My Wealth-Lab Pro version 6.9 64 bit version gives me an error when I request Fidelity Export (from Data Manager). It does not matter if my dataset has just one symbol (like GE) and the watch list name is also simple (like income). The error is : "Watchlist Not Created: '>' is unexpected token. The expected token is '"' or ''', Line 1, Position 50."
Did I do something wrong?

Hi usrausra,
The error is poorly handled (we can improve that), but check to make sure that you have fewer than 15 watch lists at Fidelity; 15 is the maximum. If you already have 15, delete one of them, reopen the Data Manager > Fidelity Export and try again. Let me know if that's the case.

Hi Cone,
I have 11 watch lists in Fidelity and 13 in Wealth-lab. The error still remains!

Okay, thanks for letting me know. We'll try to duplicate that then. If you can share (attach) a screen shot of your Workspace when the error occurs, it could help us pinpoint the problem.
Re: 13 in Wealth-lab
To be sure, you can have as many as you like in Wealth-Lab! :)

I tried again this morning, and got a different error:
"Watchlist not created 0x8027000a"

Make sure to give WLP version 6.9.21.15 a fresh restart each day (at least), and certainly before your next test. I can't tell for sure that that's the problem you're having, but there's an issue with keeping the login live in the background, and I'm expecting Fidelity to release a version in the next couple weeks with that fixed.

We checked in both QA and Production and cannot duplicate this problem. You said that you were using version 6.9, but is it 6.9.21.15? Please check Help > About.

I restarted my machine and run WLP (without Fidelity Active Trader Pro). When trying the Fidelity export, I got this error: "Creation Failed. Watchlist not created: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error."

You're still not logged in to Fidelity which looks odd especially given that you said a restart took place. Please log in again and retry right away, and should it fail take a screenshot of the About window.

I restarted my machine and ran WLP only, this is the About window after the Fidelity export failure:

I can see that you're having a lot of trouble with this, and it's not your fault.
Notice that in the image in your post #5, it's missing the "Watchlists: # (15 max)" label. That's an indication of not being logged in. In the next version (coming soon), a Login window will pop up and force you to log in again for this condition. That doesn't seem to be the problem in the next attempts, but there are a bunch of "important" login cookies, and my guess is that at least one is missing.
We've been testing with the next version (6.9.22) for several weeks now, and we don't see the problem. There's a good chance that the cookie management in build 22 fixes the problem. There doesn't seem to be another solution for now. I don't have an ETA, but I'd expect build 22 to go out within the next 2 or 3 weeks.

Thank you for your info, Cone. I'll wait for the next version. I was surprised because I did not have this problem with the old version (old version did not require me to login to use WLP).
