Flags or Conditions for Reversal System

I am having trouble with setting FLAGS and turning them off for a simple reversal system.

Here is what I am trying to do:

Setup
If close > 10 Day High 1 bar ago then turn flag on and mark/capture the low of this bar (save it)

Entry
Sell Short on a Close below this captured low

If we enter (have a position), turn the flag off until we get another setup.
