I quit and re-opened WLP and lo and behold all is in what looks like Chinese. How do I switch to English?

Clarification. Chinese I think is in teton menu where you click to get a new screen.

I've renamed the misleading topic title. "Chinese language" is a suboptimal description unless you actually use a Chinese Windows or changed fonts in Windows (but that would affect all programs). If your intention is to be understood, the best way to illustrate how it looks like for you is to attach a full-size screenshot of WLP workspace in PNG format.
Or if it's yet another repercussion of the
high DPI issue, then "
Fix Wealth-Lab Fonts in Windows 10" should do the trick.

No it is not a high DPI and so the referenced article is not helpful.
Please see attached screen shot. Look at top left corner, titles of each chart, language at bottom left of each chart.

This is not Wealth-Lab's issue. The only fonts Wealth-Lab let you choose are charts and Editor's and as you see they are unaffected. All the rest are managed by Windows. No idea why some standard UI font like Segoe or Tahoma went missing but Windows had to substitute it. (Or maybe it's a code page fault.) That's why you're seeing what there is.
Again, this is not a Wealth-Lab issue. Restore your computer's settings to last known good configuration by using System Restore.

Thanks. Well I open up windows and it says language is set as English. I'll just work around it. Does not hamper my using the app.

FYI again in case this comes up with someone else. I just closed and reopened the program and all is now well.
