Get Price at End of Year

Can anyone help me with getting the last price on the last trading day of the year and the first price on the first trading day of the year?
I am trying to close all positions and re-open in the new year - I've tried using IsLastTradingDayOfQuarter and messing with which quarter it is, but it's not working for me... appreciate any help

thank you so much! so if I want to sell on the last close - so it looks like it's selling positions on january 4 every year - what is the method to have it sell on the 31st of dec and buy on Jan 1? I really appreciate it!
