How not to enter back into Position within 10 days

I am running the code in a DataSet with multiple symbols. For the same symbol, I don't want to enter into a position again within 10 days.. Any samples please ? Something like bar-LastPosition.ExitBar>10 but it 's got to keep track of symbols


I have tried something like this but it is giving some strange exception.
