How to Display Label on DrawLine in PricePane?

In my PricePane, I would like to put the label like "Closed at 10:00AM" on horizontal line for the intraday close at 10:00AM. How do I do that? The DrawLabel, and DrawLine don't have the function signature for label input. For the DrawText, I need to know x, y coordinates. How can I get the x, y coordinates of the close price?

The coordinates aren't needed - use AnnotateBar instead.
