How to sell 1/2 the position and then the other 1/2?

I have downloaded the ProSizer add-on, but can't see where'how I access it and implement it into the a WLP 6.0 strategy.

Update: Ok, I figured out how to access under Portfolio.
Now I'm trying to figure out how to have the strategy sell 1/2 the position under a set of strategy rules, then default to or utilize a different (sell) rule for the remaining 1/2 of the position
