How to use Trace.WriteLine in PosSizer

I read the post about using System.Diagnostics.Trace.WriteLine rather than PrintDebug when trying to output from a PosSizer. How do I open the Output Window to display this. When I'm running Wealth-Lab Pro 6.1 and type Ctrl-W I get a "Open Workspace" window.

It's the Output window of Visual Studio or SharpDevelop.

I went to the FAQ to clarify that it talks about VS/SD and not WLP but it already stresses this twice:

* "the Output window of Visual Studio or SharpDevelop"
* "the Output window (VS 2008 shortcut; Ctrl-Alt-O in SharpDevelop)"

Not sure how I can highlight this more.

OK, I can open the output window in Visual Studio but can you tell me how to run WLP (and thus the compiled PosSizer I'm trying to debug) in the Visual Studio environment?
