hi,
among my intraday data sets(all from IQFeed), Commodity and Equity Index futures data are streaming without a problem, but Forex data streaming does not work. I have to click on the pair symbol on the left(under datasets) to update the price. Any solution for this? All of the symbols are listed under tools->preferences->streaming data->streaming ticker symbols)

The problem is in your subscription which either has the FX symbols delayed or does not include FX data at all. (Delayed data does not stream during the first 15-20 minutes.)

but when i click on the symbol under the dataset, it updates the price and the price its showing is the current market price which i can check from other real time software. So i dont think its delayed. There must be some other issue.

You probably haven't set up the forex symbols in the Market Manager and could be treated as U.S. stocks by default, whose market doesn't open until 0930 ET. Could that be it?

(The easiest way to check this is by temporarily unselecting "IQFeed" in the MM options as illustrated here:
Wiki > Market Manager > "Market Manager Options").
