There is a new version of IQFeed provider. I recently installed it, but WL-Extension doesn't work with it. When will the new version be supported?

Our provider supports IQFeed client's versions up to the latest 5.2.1.0.
At least EOD data works.

I installed 5.2.1.0 and tried to make an daily data update. At letter "K" I get an Out of Memory Error from IQFeed.
Only a popup dialog with the message.
After reinstalling 5.1.1.3 it works fine again.

1a. How does the error message looks like? Please attach a screenshot in PNG format.
1b. Is it coming from IQFeed client or provider? These are different things and your answer doesn't make it clear.
2. Please install Wealth-Lab Developer 64-bit. Out of memory errors in 32-bit version are not considered.

It is only a simple message box. Please see attached screenshot.
I have to confirm it multiple times and then WL stops working.
I already use WL 64-Bit in Version 6.8.
I installed WL 6.9.15 ... and get the same problem ....

Thanks. That's an IQConnect error (that is, IQFeed client), not our provider's.
Is iqconnect.exe a native 64-bit app? In this case you will not see a "*32" attached next to the process name in Windows Task Manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc, Processes tab). Otherwise it's prone to OOM errors. What you're experiencing may be a bug in the IQFeed client. I recommend that you check DTN forums and/or ask tech support.

It seems that it is not a native 64-bit app. The name in task manager is "IQConnect Application (32bit).

Answer from IQFeed-Support:
"Unfortunately Wealth Labs completely forbids us from trouble shooting their client. We have received several emails from them telling us to delete all support documentation in regards to their software. This will be an issue you will have trouble shoot with them.
The best we can do is downgrade you back to the client you were running with IQ Feed before the problems if you would like."
So deadlock ....

IQFeed has never received any email from us (MS123 LLC) telling them to delete any support documentation.

So please speak to each other .... I guess they have another opnion on this issue....
I have no preference on this, but it would be nice to solve the technical issue.

Task added to product backlog. Please don't expect a speedy resolution.

No one else who uses IQFeed?
Support from IQFeed said, that they are wrong, that the issue regarding support is with Matlabs :-)
So they try to help me with this issue and I will inform you if there are any news.

We have tested a few scenarios and after some days IQFeed could reproduce the issue on their local machines.
Currently I am waiting for fixing the issue...

Thanks for the update.

I just wonder if you received any update?
I also wonder if that happened with other software provider?

Sorry for the delay. I was on vacation for some days. I tested a new version from IQFeed 5.2.1.2 and it seems to work now,
with no more memory problems. I guess they will provide it in the next days.
In the meanwhile I saw that Wealth-Lab offered a new provider version to. I tested with the both new versions and it works now.
