This is as close to the problem I'm having as I can find so I will post here.

I am using WLD 6.9.23.1.

Using my strategy with 3 intraday streaming charts in a workspace, they will all fail when the time scale is reached (10:45 AM system time in 1). I have tried modifying my code and reducing the data range with no success.

Maybe or not this is a problem related to 12 above where a reversion to 2020.09.04.0 fixed the problem. Or is there a parameter in a config file that can be set to lengthen timeout for the round trip. This error only happens on streaming charts at the scale threshold.

In any case please provide some assistance here.

Please start a new topic for this. It's not at all related to the Strategy Monitor. However, I'll tell you that I doubt we can get anywhere without reviewing your code. Something that deterministic sounds like a programming error to me. If you don't want to share it on the forum, ticket please.

We're working this in a ticket now. It has the all the appearance of 3rd-party code being the issue.
