Is Raw Mode Affected by Margin Factor?

I set one of my paper account to trade $5K per position: Raw Mode. Can I set up the Margin Factor number at the bottom of the drop down menu on the upper left of WLP screen so that I can control how much buying power the account has or does the "Margin Factor" not apply to raw mode at all? Thanks.

In raw profit mode, there is no starting capital, cash, buying power, and equity. Consequently, margin factor does not apply to raw profit mode.
