Leaving room above / below a chart

I'm sure it's been asked before but my searches have come up empty.

I have some levels above the last closing price and drawing some horizontal lines based on them

With some stocks at all time highs (or lows) the upper (and lower) horizontal lines do not appear on my chart.

SetPaneMinMax seems to do the trick but may not dynamically adjust with the scaling, e.g.number of visible bars on the chart.

Is there another alternative?
