Is there a file containing all stocks of the NASDAQ Composite to download from WL?

Better than that.

The NASDAQ Composite DataSet can be created using the Yahoo provider. Make sure it's up to date, then choose Classification Groups when creating a new DataSet, refresh the classification, and you should find it under Indexes > U.S.
