I have an issue with logging in to Fidelity from W/L.
Here is a description of the issue.
Starting from a clean reboot of my PC, I launch W/L
I log in to my account without issue and create and place orders successfully.
I then log out of my account.
The next morning, after an overnight cycle of data updates (not sure if that is relevant) I run my models and generate some more trades. When I then try to log into my account, W/L seems to hang. I get the Win10 spinning circle and things stop. It is only when I go into task manager, end W/L and re-run that I am successful in logging in again.
Is this a known issue or is there something I can do to solve this? This happens on many different PC's.
Thanks for the help.

Yes, this is a known issue as can be seen on the Wiki's
Open Issues list. See
"Lockup during logon to Fidelity". Try workarounds #1 and #2 there, one of them should work.

Thanks

Called Fidelity to check entitlement and there is no problem there.
I pointed them to the W/L Wiki Open Issues page.
They told me they would do some "research"
I told them I wouldn't be holding my breath while I waited ;->)

Have you tried killing the WealthLabPro.exe process?
