We're not sure why all Fidelity customers didn't get the message, but here's the answer:
Fidelity decommissioned Wealth-Lab Pro on 08/1/2020 (you can find more detail
in this topic).
As a Fidelity customer you might have received a notice in Fidelity's
Communications Center on the website. They sent a broadcast message that has the transition registration link embedded. If you can't find it there, ask your Fidelity rep.
Please register at the link provided by Fidelity. Once you complete the registration, we'll email instructions for the transition to Wealth-Lab Developer.
